Mjoderiet – Eplepai

Eplepai is a strong mead with apple juice from Hardanger. It is spiced with cinnamon and real vanilla, and has matured on oak barrels for 6 months. Eplepai tastes like liquid apple pie, and works well as an alternative to dessert wines. Try it with vanilla ice cream, cream-based cakes or just on its own.
