Blend of imperial sweet stout composed of 70% of a stout aged for 8 months in Widow Jane bourbon barrels and 30% of a young unbarreled stout. The Widow Jane barrel brings a barley sugar, vanilla and slightly spicy side to this beer with roasted notes and a rich body.
