West Coast IPA made with Citra BBC in the whirlpool, Citra Incognito at the beginning of fermentation, Dry hopping with Citra BBC 24 hours after starting fermentation and Dry hopping with Spectrum Citra with 2nd Plate to finish fermentation. Fermented with Chico yeast to let the hops express themselves without interference. Citra Bomb!
