Eastside Brewing – Tripla Doppia

Description: Top fermented beer, unpasteurised, unfiltered, refermented and aged in keg.
Visual Appearance: Pale gold in colour, veiled, with white, creamy and compact foam.
Olfactory hints: The aroma is a triumph of candied fruit, white wild flowers, honey and cereals with a light spiciness in the background.
Body and Taste: On the palate we find candied fruit (citron, orange and peach) followed by honey, banana and cereals. The significant alcohol content is well masked as well as being well balanced by the herbaceous and slightly spicy hops. The bitterness is contained, the body is medium and the carbonation is medium-high.
