After 3 releases in two years, we return with one of our most popular series, Simulation Theory. This year we decided to get one of the most famous varieties of this precious spice, the Mexican, and put it in an even more sticky and creamy base beer which is enriched with lactose and candid sugar. The result is sweet and aromatic with pleasant notes of wood and chocolate. If you are lucky enough you may have one or two bottles left from the previous releases so you can tag along. No worries if not, the year 2024 marks the arrival of another new variety. Crazy times!
