Mead “barrique” of acacia honey is a golden color with a slight smell of cognac passing into yellow smells of overripe pears. This mead elegantly combines a delicious taste and a fine bouquet of acacia honey and vanilla – chocolate tones of oak barrels. This mead is aged 1 year in oak barrique barrels.
