Legacy No.11 is an Imperial Stout aged in French Whiskey and Plum Brandy Barrels. The roasted base of the stout is enriched by the fruity, boozy, and spicy influences from the plum brandy barrels and the refined, smooth, and complex flavors from the French whiskey barrels. Enhanced by the caramel, molasses, and brown sugar notes from the stout and the sweet, fruity notes from the brandy. Prominent plum and stone fruit flavors from the brandy barrel, combined with the orchard fruit hints from the French whiskey barrel.
