Third Moon Brewing – Le Ketch of the Day (Le Ketch collab)

Le Ketch Of The Day is a delicious collaboration with our friends at Le Ketch brewery in Sainte-Flavie, Quebec. It’s an 8% Hazy DIPA brewed with wheat and local organic honey and hopped exclusively with Peacharine from @FreestyleHops.

Le Ketch has been making some of our favourite hoppy beers so it was an honour to host Guillaume again for a brew day. We used a modified base that incorporates both of our styles and added some local honey, which is a Le Ketch signature. We are both in love with Freestyle hops so it was a no-brainer when it came time to settle on hops. We get huge notes of summertime peaches and honey.
