It could be Savoiardi biscuits dipped in espresso, layered with a cream made from mascarpone, eggs and sugar, with cocoa dusted over the top. Plus a splash of Marsala, rum or another liqueur.\n\n[deep breath]\n\nOr it could be a beer. An absolutely fantastic Imperial Stout, aged in rum barrels from Trinidad and then carefully infused with coffee, chocolate and other delicious goodies!\n\nThis could be a beer from our Mega series. It could also stand on its own. Or be whatever you want it to be.\n\nWe did what we always do: tasted the barrel-aged beer to see how it was coming along and where it wanted to go. Then we refined it, nudging it in the right direction. The result, as always, was dessert in a bottle.\n\nWe hope you enjoy it.
