This process is essential to our hoppy beer program, as it allows us to choose unique and delectable lots of hops you won't get to taste anywhere else. \n\nThis year we selected for the varietal Motueka. This is a hop that has really jumped into the A-Team, all star hops category for us in recent years. It’s been around for decades (since 1996!) but growers have really dialed it in to be its fruitiest, best over the last number of years. When we select for Motueka, that’s what we’re after.
