Adroit Theory – AntiMatter (Ghost ANTIMATTER)

We haven’t brewed this recipe since 2021, and thought it was time to revamp the beer into our current line of hazies. This one sees an updated grist more in line with our recent oat cream projects. It’s silky, semi-sweet body is the perfect vehicle for bright forward notes of tropical citrus fruit with extremely mild finishing bitterness to emphasize the juicy american + southern hemisphere hop profile.
