We made this originally for our 8-year anniversary, and we have decided to revamp it in a similar vein to the recent Djinn + Future You Hates You. This one is a full bodied dark stout with notes of roast, coffee + dark chocolate. Bitterness is balanced against the booziness, all of which is enveloped in a rich, bold body and creamy mouthfeel; subtle traces of caramel + treacle appear as the beer approaches cellar temperature.
