Apex Brewing – Ecliptic DIPA

Ecliptic DIPA is a hazy double India pale ale brewed with pilsner malt, lots of wheat malt and finished off with a pinch of flaked oats. We kept the hop bill simple but effective: three different types of Citra and a big load of Riwaka. A much pleasant aroma explosion of passion fruit, tangerine and stone fruit nuances.

Citra Incognito, Citra T90, Citra Lupomax &
Riwaka T90

Yeast:
WLP066 London Fog ale yeas
