Baxbier – Birds ‘n Bees

Spring in a glass, but without the clichés. Birds ‘n Bees is our fresh take on the classic German maibock. A solid malt backbone? Of course. Floral notes? You bet. But we also added an American twist with Noble Simcoe hops for just that little extra kick. This isn’t just any maibock, this is a modern maibock. Chirping birds, buzzing bees, and you with a great beer in the sun. Sounds like a plan, right?
