Sometimes you want wheat, sometimes you want hops. So why choose? Hopfkopf is a soft, full-bodied weizen with a hefty dry hop of fresh American hops. Tropical, juicy, with a subtle hint of that familiar banana. Banana and cloves are deliberately less prominent due to a colder fermentation than is traditionally the case. This makes Hopfkopf much more of an addition to everyone’s classic weizen range than a competitor or replacement.
