Beer produced with artisanal methods, unfiltered, unpasteurized. It has natural sediments. Opalescent amber beer with orange reflections. The aroma is sweet and fruity with hints of honey. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping, with notes of malt and ripe pear, in the finish an aftertaste of dried fruit and a light and refreshing bitterness.
Ideal with matured and blue cheeses of the great Italian tradition, with roasts and stews. Try it in combination with fruit tarts.
