Fourth beer, which was an experiment suggested by our friends at Yankee & Kraut: A blend of S04 and US05 yeast! This creates a hybrid of both US coasts: a dry but hazy beer, rounded off with a fine acidity and crisp bitterness.

The hops Citra, Krush, and Centennial contribute tropical accents and a subtle floral note, making the beer an extraordinary experience.
