Brasserie Caulier – Bon Secours Emerite

Bon Secours Emérite is a non-pasteurised BROWN beer which experiences a secondary fermentation in the bottle. It presents a deep, dark brown colour and releases subtle hints of mocha. Its full-bodied, elegant flavour contains ONLY A TRACE OF SWEETNESS, with its fruity character soon giving way to the warm aromas of DARKLY ROASTED MALT.
