Caleya – Son of Hops

This West Coast Pils is our first interpretation of this hybrid between West Coast IPA and German Pils, on this occasion we have used pilsner malts, Weihenstephan 34 bottom fermentation yeast, Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops in the cooking of the wort and in the whirpool to release polyphenols and beta acids that give a sensation of fullness in the mouth, as well as an elegant bitterness and then we have added Mosaic and Citra pellets at a rate of 6 grams/liter. at the beginning of fermentation with the idea of ​​enhancing tropical aromas.
