Caleya – Soul Men

Extreme West Coast IPA where we added several Chinook during the boil and in the whirlpool. To enhance the aroma we experimented with the addition of Citra in the fermenter, and we finished this hop party with a dry hop of Mosaic and Cryo Chinook.
