Cloudwater – DIPA v18

Clean Fusion is an innovative hop infusion process developed by our friends at One Drop in Sydney, Australia. v18 is our first trial and focuses on the brewing industry’s wider efforts to invent new and effective flavour extraction techniques.

We’ve utilised a plethora of NZ hops for this: Motueka, Pacific Jade, Nelson and our first use of Nelson Subzero Hopkief from our friend at Freestyle Hops.
