Imperial stout aged 26 months in a blend of 5 year and 7 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels

This double mash imperial stout started with an overnight boil before being laid to rest in a blend of 5 year and 7 year Heaven Hill barrels. After 26 months, we then thoughtfully selected and blended choice barrels to become our latest barrel aged stout blend, Circle.
