Destroyer! This hell of a barley wine is not your regular heartwarming beer. This one is brewed with Fermentis’ DA16 which blends yeast with an enzyme which allows to destroy all the complex sugars of the wort! Big attenuation without the POF+ flavours. We combined this with a complex maltbill from our local maltery The Swaen. So stay strong soldiers! Last man standing! Don’t get destroyed.
