With days getting colder it’s finally time for Elegance ’24!
The first year of our Elegance. Barrel ged Beers without anything to hide behind, No adjuncts or blending just the beer and the barrel!
This year we we made a imperial stout on Cognac barrels. A lovely match of malt comlexity and sweethness of the sout with some fruity and acid Cognac notes.
