Equilibrium Brewery – Lupus Salictarius – 2025

This collab is named after the Latin translation of “wolf of the willows,” which is disputably the first hop plant and is said to be the botanical name immortalized by a famous Roman philosopher (who is also an extremely tasty West Coast IPA). Simply put, Lupus Salictarius pays homage to the hops we use on a daily basis.

Lupus Salictarius uses a giant Citra and Idaho7 whirlpool with a Citra, Nelson, and Galaxy dry hop. This triple is an absolute explosion of tropical dankness with notes of big guava, sweet tangerine citrus, and white grape with a touch of passion fruit and New Zealand grass. Layers and layers of flavor morph into a smooth but prominent chewy mouthfeel and our signature #EQjuice rainbow melon finish.
