Legacy No.12 is a Barleywine barrel aged in Rhum Martinique and French Whiskey barrels. The malt-forward base of the barleywine is enriched by the fruity, sweet, and spicy influences from the rhum barrels and the refined, smooth, and nuanced flavors from the French whiskey barrels. Enhanced by the caramel, toffee, and molasses notes from the barleywine, along with the additional sweetness from the rhum and subtle vanilla notes from the whiskey. A blend of tropical fruits from the rhum and orchard fruits from the French whiskey, adding layers of juicy and slightly tart flavors. Additionally, notes of baking spices and woody, earthy undertones from both barrels contribute to a well-rounded and complex flavor profile.
