Here it is, our beloved Piece of Cake Apple Crumble Pie aged in Texas Malt Whiskey and Rhum Martinique barrels! This rich, dessert-like Stout has notes of baked apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cookie dough. The Texas Whiskey barrels add notes of oak, caramel, and subtle smoke, while the Rhum Martinique barrels bring tropical, fruity, and grassy complexity. The result is a sweet, spiced, and boozy Imperial Pastry Sout with layered flavors reminiscent of apple pie with a hint of tropical brightness and warming whiskey undertones.
