Garage Beer – HYPER DRIFT

Here’s one big DIPA that’s oozing all things peachy candy and grapefruit. Citra, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo and El Dorado are the culprits here. This one reminds us of Pez candies with a that sweet almost sherbety character. It’s smooth as you like thanks to a simple grist that is very heavy on flaked oats making a luscious, soft beer.
