Blueprints Bicycle – a fruity NEIPA that brings together the best of innovation and classic hop varieties. We worked with Mandarina Bavaria T90 and T45, super-concentrated hop pellets that deliver an explosion of mandarin flavor, and combined them with Citra and Mosaic for notes of clementines and passionfruit. Fermented with thiolizing yeast, we pushed the mandarin flavor even further, creating an extra intense fruity experience. Sustainable, full of flavor, and a perfectly fruity blend.
