Well, this yeast is now available more widely and named after the goddess of fruit trees: Pomona. Paired with powerful Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, Ekuanot, and Citra hops, this IPA delivers a fresh, tropical flavor experience with notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruit.
