Crème brûlée or maybe just a beer. All the magic brought to this batch by sumptuous flavours of toasted oak, vanilla, toffee and caramelized apple. A base of rye malt that adds depth and layers of complexity with spicy notes. Aged more than 11 months in bourbon barrels, the exquisite taste brings gentle notes of candied fruits, a touch of fresh cereal fields, a bit of sweetness, ending with peppery notes.
