Schramm’s Mead – Patience

The prominent, elegant acidity of the gooseberry is showcased in Schramm’s Patience. On the nose, fresh ripe citrus, kiwi, pineapple and beeswax come together with the more subtle floral notes of orange blossom honey. On the palate, flavors of yellow fruit compote balance the gooseberry’s pronounced tartness with lingering pineapple, grape and Shiro plum.
