Brewing good beer is all about good chemistry. And post-rationalising a collaboration brew is all about good metaphors. And good metaphors are all about, well, I’m not sure. But good chemistry is essential at all levels, including the metaphorical level. And when you’re making 13% Imperial Milk Stouts, it’s as important as ever to get your chemistry and your metaphors just right. So, with this in mind, we invited APEX back to Blomstergatan, barely six months after the last time they visited, to reignite that sleeping flame of love.
