Wren House Brewing Company – Christmas Cactus (2023)

Our exciting Cactus Catalog blend, Christmas Cactus, returns this year showcasing some of our favorite aging stouts from our cellar. An equal blend of twenty six month Buffalo Trace Imperial Stout, twenty eight month Wild Turkey Rye Imperial Stout, and a team favored ten month Wild Turkey Rye Kingsnake base. Conditioned on New Caledonia vanilla beans, together this blend is giving extremely rich brownie batter with a balance faint tobacco throughout. Decadence carried into an enjoyable rye spice, given its extended time in oak.
