The sponge cake and caramel character of the base beer brings to mind homemade cake. We decided to enrich the taste and aroma with the addition of cocoa and cinnamon, which go perfectly with autumn evenings. We complemented everything with aromatic, sour cherry juice. All this went into a bourbon barrel, which enriched the beer with noble, vanilla notes.
