Oriel Quadrupel (Talisker BA)

From the Isle of Skye, an oak barrel brought the sea breeze with it and mingled with our classic Quadrupel. Beautiful brown color with sumptuous flavours of toasted oak, almonds, sweet cherries, ripe berries, chocolate, followed by a mellow sweetness of the juicy, roasted barleys, toffee, honey and orchard fruits, ending with a smooth touch. This beer was aged in the barrel for 11 months, bottle conditioned and will develop great features in time.
