#SELECT - MOSAIC (2026)

This past fall we had the great pleasure of being able to travel to Yakima and select hops. This process is essential to our hoppy beer program, as it allows us to choose unique and delectable lots of hops you won't get to taste anywhere else. This year we selected for the varietal Mosaic. Our selection of Mosaic this year went absolutely dashing. This year we’re back to Oregon for our Mosaic! Selecting from the always exquisite Westwood Farms (a new branch of Coleman). This lot had all the things we wanted in Mosaic. Big bright blueberry, tropical, dank and ready to deliver! We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Mosaic with you.
