Weller BA Teotihuacan (2026)

The base stout spent 12 months and 9 days in some lovely Weller Bourbon barrels before being finished on cacao nibs and roasted habaneros. Our play on a Mexican hot chocolate returns this year to help us celebrate Cinco de Mayo. The sweet stout and chocolate make a great pairing with the vanilla and oak notes from the barrel before the heat of the habanero builds on the back end, all creating a great balance of sweet and spice, sip after sip.
