Wine details

Winemaking

Description

Grape variety/vinification Made from Grenache Gris and Syrah. The wine is produced using the traditional rosé de saignée method, in which a portion of the juice remains in contact with the skins for a short time for extra color, aroma, and structure. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature, after which the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and fruity character. Tasting note Light pink in color with refined aromas of ripe red fruit and subtle floral notes. The taste is fresh, soft, and elegant, with a nice balance between fruitiness and lively acidity. The finish is light, refreshing, and inviting. Food pairing Delicious as an aperitif or combined with salmon carpaccio, vegetable quiche, and fresh salads. Also an excellent choice with grilled fish, shellfish, or a summery fruit salad.
