VDF White Gorilla

Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Chardonnay. After direct pressing, the wine is fermented at a low temperature of 15 °C to preserve its fruity aromas. It is then aged for four months sur lie (on the fine lees), which provides extra creaminess, structure, and complexity. Tasting note A full-bodied and elegant Chardonnay with aromas of very ripe yellow fruit, subtle hints of butter, and refined notes of toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is rich and soft, with a beautiful balance between freshness and a creamy structure. The finish is long, round, and refined. Food pairing Delicious with fish dishes, white meat, and creamy pasta dishes. Also an excellent accompaniment to poultry, shellfish, and dishes with creamy or buttery sauces.
