Description
If Ozzy ate bat, Dude ate the patience of six months of aging. Micro-oxygenation just right, evolution monitored in detail, and when it hit the right point, we added Turkish fig and dried date to elevate the game. The result? A full-bodied, vinous, and mind-blowing Barleywine: - Aroma of caramel, dried fruit, honey, and port wine. - Dense and velvety body, with notes of nuts, toasted bread, and cocoa. - Warm, elegant, and persistent finish, reminiscent of a smooth distillate.
