Tiramisu Trinidad Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Mega Cake Stout Another stout. Barrel-aged again. In rum barrels this time. Another cake. Because it’s just so damn good! We can’t get enough. Tiramisu, because you deserve it. Congratulations! Tiramisu. It could be Savoiardi biscuits dipped in espresso, layered with a cream made from mascarpone, eggs and sugar, with cocoa dusted over the top. Plus a splash of Marsala, rum or another liqueur. [deep breath] Or it could be a beer. An absolutely fantastic Imperial Stout, aged in rum barrels from Trinidad and then carefully infused with coffee, chocolate and other delicious goodies! This could be a beer from our Mega series. It could also stand on its own. Or be whatever you want it to be. We did what we always do: tasted the barrel-aged beer to see how it was coming along and where it wanted to go. Then we refined it, nudging it in the right direction. The result, as always, was dessert in a bottle. We hope you enjoy it. Cake!
