Reserva Brasil

Naturally fermented beer aged in barrels. Spiced, tropical and intriguing. We’ve brought as much of Brazil as possible into this beer. Its base is made with cassava and corn, followed by barrel aging with amburana wood. To bring it all together, the beer undergoes natural bottle refermentation with honey from the mandaçaia, a beautiful native Brazilian stingless bee. A project created in collaboration with Dulo Meliponicultura: raising bees, preserving life.
