Description

All bow for the BELLE OF THE BALL!? Our pursuit of turning classic desserts into delicious ice cream smoothie sour ales has brought the fancy Poire Belle-Hélène to our plates. ??? This one is absolutely loaded with tons of plump and juicy pear puree, pungent and fragrant, topped with luscious vanilla soft-serve ice cream (the vegan type), rich chocolate syrupiness, and shavings of toasted almond. All perfectly in line with the original, yet still somehow popping up as the coolest in the room. ??? Treat yourselves. ?
