Horns

BBD: 11-09-26

Ingredients: water, barley malt, oat flakes, dextrose, maltodextrin, carob powder, carob syrup, sesame, hops, yeast.

Not a simple ritual. No dead man's bones,
no hen's teeth, no feathers of a
southbound magpie.

We delve deep into dark alchemy, using long-forgotten fruit and spice—the stuff that blooms in the shadows and ferments in deep damp wells—tailoring a shroud of facetious safety. With our sight hindered, maybe we'll be spared by the
carnage around.

Yet wicked horns will always spawn
and spike
and sting
and bite
and burrow into unsuspecting flesh.
