Description

Kaapse Witte is a modern interpretation of a classic Belgian Witbier. Think of it as a fresh, light-bodied beer brewed with our own barley, wheat, and oats. As a modern twist, we have chosen to use the modern German hop variety Hallertau Blanc in the whirlpool and for dry hopping. This gives Witte a fresh aroma that is reminiscent of white grapes!
