Karel On Steroids - Final Destination

Karel on Steroids is an old favorite that we first brewed in 2015. The intention was to brew a 'regular' Karel, but due to a mistake by our brewer, who accidentally threw hops into the wrong tank, an extra hoppy Double IPA with no less than 8.5% was created. Since then, we have made it a tradition to create a new special version of this first mistake every 100 batches of beer.
