Coyote

Coyote is a Double West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Segal Ranch, a third-generation family-owned hop farm particularly renowned for the quality of its hops and the development of new varieties. For this collaboration, we were lucky enough to get our hands on the limited Zumo, Tangier, Anchovy and Ramosa hops — four cultivars developed by Segal Ranch and released commercially in recent years. The result is a powerful beer that follows the new wave of West Coast IPA: very little malt character, a bright and crystal-clear appearance, and a light body. Its assertive yet balanced bitterness perfectly complements intense aromas of orange zest and grapefruit, along with notes of pine.
