Sterkstaan Pinotage

Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Pinotage, South Africa's iconic red grape. The wine is carefully vinified to optimally express the grape's rich fruit aromas, soft tannins, and characteristic spicy profile. Tasting note Deep ruby red in color with intense aromas of ripe plums and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full and supple, with flavors of ripe cherries, subtle spices, and a nice balance. The velvety tannins ensure a long, elegant, and accessible finish. Food pairing Delicious with grilled red meat, lamb dishes, and barbecue. Also an excellent choice with stews, spicy meat dishes, and aged cheeses.
