Description
Imperial Stout with coconut, coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla. Aged for 14-18 months in Heaven Hill & Wild Turkey bourbon, cognac, and Pedro Ximénez barrels. Adjuncts breakdown: - Roasted and raw coconut chips from Indonesia, - Coffee beans from Brazil, - Cocoa nibs from Ecuador and the Dominican Republic, - Vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica. Barrels breakdown: 20% Heaven Hill 20% Wild Turkey 30% Cognac 30% Pedro Ximénez Sherry Special 5th Anniversary edition.
